We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator/Tractor Drivers to join our team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 4 qualification and/or at least two years of relevant experience

What you will be doing
- tractor driving feeding out
- spreading fertilizer
- other required tractor work
- farm compliance, eg health, safety and well-being; environment, animal welfare.
- Overseeing general farming activities such as fertilising and pest and weed control
- Preparing and positioning plant for operation
- Operate all farm machinery and equipment
- Lead and coordinate machine operations across various agricultural projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment use, maintenance, and production metrics
