We are a wholesaler in the automotive industry with HQ in Auckland and currently has a Customer Service role that requires someone to :-
1) Attend phone calls or emails from customers about orders, including walk-in customers.
2) Process customers' orders promptly and liaise with warehouse staff for delivery or pick up.
3) Ensure prompt delivery to customers by liaising with courier companies.
4) Resolve any order or delivery issues for customers on a timely basis.
The incumbent must be fluent in verbal and written English and have at least a year of working experience dealing with customers. On the job training will be provided for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
