We’re seeking a highly organised, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for a junior marketer with a strong creative eye and natural flair for content creation, who’s eager to learn more about marketing, brand building, and the luxury hotel industry.
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity, helping to bring our brand to life across digital and social platforms—while gaining valuable exposure to strategic planning, campaign development, and high-end brand storytelling.
The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a capable executor: someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and getting things done, while also bringing fresh ideas to the table that elevate how we connect with our audience.
We’re not looking for someone with years of experience—just a creative do-er who’s ready to learn and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support creative campaign development across channels, especially digital and social media
- Manage social media content calendars, posting, and community engagement
- Assist with asset creation using tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva
- Contribute to video content production and editing for digital performance marketing
- Stay up to date with trends, platforms, and competitor activity
- Own key marketing admin tasks including reporting, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and freelancers as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong skills in social media content creation and management
- Demonstrated experience with InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva
- Video editing capabilities (for Reels, TikTok, or paid ad content)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- A genuine interest in luxury brands, lifestyle marketing, and staying ahead of trends
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
