Are you a marketing professional who can think big and get things done? We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to provide strategic leadership while executing day-to-day marketing activities across our services.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that blends strategic direction with hands-on delivery, ideal for someone who loves balancing planning with action.
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting a wide range of marketing activities — from high-level strategy and campaign development to content creation, social media management, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll ensure our marketing is consistent, effective, and aligned with broader organisational goals. With multiple brands under our umbrella, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each is well-positioned and strongly represented in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Create, update, and manage marketing collateral and brand assets
- Manage social media and digital platforms to enhance engagement and visibility
- Coordinate and execute content marketing plans (copywriting, editing, scheduling)
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all communications and campaigns
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support marketing objectives
- Monitor performance and report on campaign outcomes, providing insights for optimisation
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe I Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in a marketing management or similar role
- Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent content and copywriting/editing skills
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Mailchimp, Canva, CMS platforms)
