NZICC is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Lead to lead our digital marketing efforts and elevate our online presence. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll manage NZICC's digital channels, develop engaging content, and drive campaigns that connect with our audiences—clients, employees, and the wider community.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
You'll oversee the strategy and daily management of our digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, websites, and search engines. From crafting compelling EDMs to optimising SEO and reporting on performance, you'll play a key role in shaping how NZICC is seen and experienced online.
- Creating and distributing EDMs using platforms like Mailchimp.
- Managing website content and ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Leading social media strategy and execution (currently LinkedIn).
- Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact content.
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

- Proven experience in digital marketing.
