We are looking for an experienced and driven North Island Head of Operations who is ready to take ownership, inspire others, and elevate performance across our North Island Operations.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end supply chain leadership across our North Island Operations
• Execution of regional growth, profit, and customer service strategies
• KPI-driven performance management and cost optimisation
• Building a culture of safety, excellence, and engagement across all teams
• Championing innovation, continuous improvement, and scalable processes

• 10+ years’ leadership in logistics/supply chain operations
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams across complex environments
• Strong commercial acumen and cost control expertise
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on operational execution
• Confident communicator, safety champion, and values-driven leader
