Te Tūranga | About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administrator to support our Waitane plant, near Gore. The role is a great mix of administration, payroll, recruitment and customer service and will give the right person an opportunity to really flex their relationship-building skills.
In this varied position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider on-site team including Training, Employment and Site Leaders. The core of this role is managing general administrative queries, timesheets and some regular reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and a passion for putting their customers at the heart of everything they do, always looking to go above and beyond for people.
This role is part-time, for 30 hours per week. There is some level of flexibility with start/finish times, but we do require someone who can work regularly from Monday to Friday each week.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, have payroll knowledge and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You’ll be a great communicator, have strong people skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
