We are on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join our growing team and support the day-to-day operations of our Auckland office. This role is critical to ensuring our fast-paced IT and cybersecurity environment runs smoothly and efficiently across people, processes, and infrastructure.
Skills & Experience
We’re after someone who brings energy, initiative, and professionalism, along with:
- Proven experience in office or operations management (IT industry experience a plus)
- Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- A confident, clear communicator – written and verbal
- Basic understanding of finance or HR admin processes (e.g., payroll, invoicing)
- A collaborative team player with a high attention to detail
- Understanding of workplace health & safety and data compliance best practices
- 5 years work experience and bachelor's qualifications required.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role with a blend of people, process, and systems support. Your daily tasks will include:
- Allocating office resources (staff, desks, IT gear) to support project and developer needs
- Overseeing the performance and scheduling of admin/support staff
- Managing accounts, licensing records, project documentation, and client billing support
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and internal training
- Ensuring office hardware and software systems are maintained and operational
- Acting as the key point of contact for vendors, clients, and project stakeholders
- Supporting general office administration, including reception coverage if needed
- Upholding compliance across health & safety and data protection protocols
