About the role
Shape the future of our workspace. We're looking for a proactive Office Manager for a fixed-term role through to 30 June 2026. You'll lead the planning and delivery of our workspace project, exploring options like relocation, expansion, or reconfiguring our current space to better support our teams.
You'll also manage the day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, equipment, service providers, health and safety, and staff events. If you're organised, solutions-focused, and enjoy making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
Our ideal candidate
You will bring the following:
- Proven experience in office management, including office relocation projects
- Strong attention to detail, with initiative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
