Mō te tūranga | About the role
In this fixed term contract as the Organisational Development Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward AUT's strategic goals by developing and implementing innovative organisational development initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking the lead on the development of practical and out-come focused OD programmes that cultivate leadership skills, embrace diversity, foster teamwork, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Providing expert guidance and support to departments and teams on issues related to organisational effectiveness, change management, and performance improvement.
- Lead Staff Engagement Priority Area Actions, including implementing the AUT Wellbeing Plan and Code of Conduct.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A relevant tertiary level qualification.
- Proven experience in the creation and successful management of staff engagement surveys.
- Proven experience in organisational development, change management, and leadership development.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences. * Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across departments and levels of an organisation.
