This is a casual/reliever role to provide staff cover. Successful candidates will be required to work around the sites mentioned below.
You will,
Assist with day to day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery
Manage parent and school liaison
Manage and Oversee daily administrational tasks alongside with your programme manager
Assist in staff management and mentoring of your team members.

Hours of work
As a Casual Assistant Programme Manager, you will be schedule to work on a need on need basis. Only on Monday - Friday between the before & afterschool schedule. Holiday programmes hours may be available during the school holidays.
After school schedule: From/ Between 2.30pm - 6pm
Before school schedule: 7am - 8.30am (only if required)
Location of work: Vardon school, Hamilton & St Peter's Catholic School, Cambridge. To ensure flexibility and ease of travel between locations, having access to a reliable vehicle is essential.

As an Assistant Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the programme set up and the daily operation of the programme as well as fostering great relationships with our school communities. You would also play an important role in ‘growing AWESOME kiwi kids’.
We’re looking for someone who has,
A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping inspiring them, to develop their confidence along with the ability to be true to themselves.
MUST HAVE previous experience working with children or working in the childcare/ education sector.
Previous experience in organizing before and after school programs is highly beneficial.
MUST BE a strong communicator as you will be the face between sKids and the parents.
A strong team player
Excellent planning and organizing skills
A Valid NZ work/student visa or is a NZ resident or citizen.
