Parts and Service Technical Advisor

Company :

Using your specialised technical/mechanical knowledge, your role is to provide accurate parts and services solutions to resolve customer enquiries.  This will include troubleshooting for and technical support to the wider parts team, preparing estimates and quotes for large and / or complex jobs and creating standard jobs. 
 

We are seeking:

• A trade certificate in Heavy Automotive Engineering and on tools experience
• 7+ years’ experience in our, or a related, industry
• Extensive knowledge of SIS, MS Office applications, and other relevant software
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to follow processes

This role, one of four Parts and Service Technical Advisors, requires you to work closely with other Terra staff to ensure our customers have a great experience every time, so top-notch communication and organisational skills are essential.

This role is open to internal Terra Cat applicants only and can be based at any of our nationwide locations.
