The role:
As a Parts Coordinator with Terra’s nationwide team, your role is to deliver exceptional customer experiences with every interaction. Working collaboratively with our service and warehouse teams, you will accurately and efficiently review and process parts orders through to invoicing, coordinate freight options and returns, generate and manage daily reporting and ensure stock accuracy is maintained. You will utilise digital tools including Talkdesk and SalesLink to manage voice, email, web and chat customer channels ensuring customers are well informed of their orders at every step.
This role is in our newly created centralised parts structure and ensures easy and seamless customer interactions. It’s a great opportunity to join and contribute to our team embarking on a new way of working.

What we are looking for:
A customer centric mindset and a great phone manner
Proven, strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Experience in ours, or a related industry, preferred
Competency with MS Office applications, ERPs and other software
