Job Title: People Adviser

Salary band & range: F $76,463 to $90,000 depending on skills and experience

About the Role - Korero mo te Turanga

Join our People Advisory team and support leaders across diverse HR matters in a large, dynamic organisation.

Provide advice across workforce planning, remuneration, employment agreements, employment legislation, employment relations, change management and performance management. Build a strong generalist foundation in HR, variety and learning are guaranteed.

Our People Advisers are trusted advisers who support leaders with practical, people-focused HR solutions.

  • Collaborate across People and Capability and with teams across MPI

  • Build trusted relationships across teams, leaders, and unions nationwide
