Join our People Advisory team and support leaders across diverse HR matters in a large, dynamic organisation.
Provide advice across workforce planning, remuneration, employment agreements, employment legislation, employment relations, change management and performance management. Build a strong generalist foundation in HR, variety and learning are guaranteed.
Our People Advisers are trusted advisers who support leaders with practical, people-focused HR solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a relevant HR qualification
- Bring generalist HR experience in a large, complex organisation
- Apply sound knowledge of employment legislation with confidence
- Navigate collective agreements in operational settings with ease
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and conversation
- Build trusted relationships across teams, leaders, and unions nationwide
