We’re on an exciting transformation journey and are looking for a People & Performance Business Partner to join our Senior Leadership Team. Based at our Penrose head office and reporting to the General Manager, this is a pivotal role for a passionate HR professional ready to make a real difference across our national operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide end-to-end HR support to the General Manager and wider team
- Drive employee engagement, performance, and capability development
- Champion culture, learning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Support change management and organisational development
- Partner with leaders to embed best practices in health, safety, and wellbeing
- Travel occasionally to regional our sites
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Expertise in employee relations, learning & development, and safety and health
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for innovation
- Courage, resilience, and a collaborative, can-do attitude
- A pragmatic, values-driven approach with sound business acumen
