Mō te tūnga | The role
The People Systems Partner is a permanent full-time opportunity and who provides system administration and reporting support for the People & Culture team and the wider organisation in the use of people systems (including Workday). The role is based at our Kenepuru Science Centre.
This role provides hands on support to People projects during any implementation phases, upgrades, and post implementation rollouts. They will be the key conduit between ESR and GNS (who share the tenant of the Workday system), to ensure ESR embeds and utilises benefits of all the HCM components of the Workday system (including Recruitment, Talent and Learn modules). They will work closely with the People & Culture team to ensure managers and staff are supported to confidently and competently utilise the system, ensuring the end-user perspective is maintained.
