Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As a Product Analyst, you will support the full product lifecycle—from discovery and research to delivery and improvement. Working within cross-functional teams, you'll blend business analysis, UX design, and agile practices to help create and enhance UC's digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and user research to define and refine requirements.
- Document user stories, workflows, and business rules.
- Analyse feedback and behavioural data to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to UX artefacts (e.g., process maps, wireframes, user journeys).
- Prepare reports and stakeholder communications.
- Deliver onboarding and user training, maintain knowledge base content.
- Support agile delivery by tracking user stories and updating tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Mōu | Who You Are
You will have 4+ years in a product analysis, business analysis, UX, or digital delivery support role and hold a Bachelor's Degree (NZQA Level 7) in Design, IT, Business, or Marketing, as well as have:
- Proficiency with agile tools and practices (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with UX research tools, analytics, and wireframing platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and conducting training.
- Commitment to UC values and equity principles.
- Competency in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga is an advantage.
