The opportunity:
We are embarking on our most significant Information Technology transformation. The Modern Information Programme will achieve strategic objectives by establishing a cohesive source of truth for information and collaboration needs across our Australasian businesses.
The programme encompasses 5 pivotal projects, and as the Test Analyst, you will take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of quality software for the Modern information programme, driving efficiency and continuous improvement in our processes. You will be part of a high performing team that will work collaboratively with all project teams within the programme and 3rd party vendors, where the delivery of quality software will be your primary goal. Your focus will include challenging and questioning requirements and implementations with the goal of identifying bugs as early as possible and to ensure build quality
You have the flexibility to travel trans-Tasman.
This is a fixed-term role until September 2026.
In addition to the above, you will:
- Be responsible for creating test cases using your own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications.
- Create traceability records, from test cases back to requirements.
- Produce test scripts, materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.
- Specify requirements for environment, data, resources and tools. Interprets, executes and documents complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards.
- Record and analyse actions and results and maintain a defect register.
- Review test results and modifies tests if necessary.
- Provide reports on progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with the overall project.
- Report on system quality and collects metrics on test cases.
- Provide specialist advice to support others.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant testing qualifications or demonstrated experience
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, AvePoint, Jira and Azure preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
