We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and securing land for new mobile tower sites, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to facilitate the property acquisition process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project based activities across Property Acquisition team
- Specific activities include but are not limited to Identifying candidates, contacting landowners and tenure negotiations for new site acquisition
- Supporting Property Acquisition Managers with stakeholder management and engagement through the end-to-end property acquisition process.
- Supporting Portfolio Managers with project activity and portfolio optimisation on existing sites, including managing landowner relationships, lease renegotiations and site purchases
- Managing modification projects across existing sites including landowner and specialist engagement/negotiations as required
- Assisting with data entry and reporting across our Tower Management Platform and Lease Management system
- Miscellaneous administration tasks as required across the property team to support delivery of the property function
