Who You Are:
- A property manager with a proven ability to manage residential or commercial portfolios
- Skilled in tenant and landlord relations, conflict resolution, and navigating complex compliance requirements
- Comfortable with property management software and digital tools, from inspections to reporting
- A natural communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle competing priorities with ease
- Holds a current driver’s licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
