The opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor Manager to join our Canterbury Commercial Management team.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will manage a high-performing team, mentor others, and drive best practice across projects. You'll bring strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder relationships.
We're seeking someone with the following:
- Five to seven years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, including two to three years in a leadership role
- A passion for developing others through hands-on training and guidance
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and contribute to regional growth
- A proactive mindset and ownership of results
