About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our reception team at Moana Pool. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes our visitors and helps ensure they have a great experience every time they visit.
Available Positions
- Permanent Part-Time Receptionist - 2 Positions Available
- up to 40 hours per week available
- Shifts include day, evening, and weekend hours - weekdays 1.30 -10pm and weekends 10am - 6.30pm
Please indicate your ability do the required hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, professional front-line service to all visitors
- Handling customer inquiries and transactions
- Supporting the team in creating a safe and welcoming environment
About You
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
- Comfortable working a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
