At MASH Trust, we work together to achieve great lives for the people we support. This newly created role is a key part of our Community Mobile Services, supporting people to live independently in their own communities.
As Resource Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of Community Support Workers by overseeing their daily activities, including recruitment, training, orientation, and task allocation. You’ll make sure the team has what they need to deliver high quality, person-centred support that meets contractual requirements.
You’ll be the go-to for staff, people we support and whānau | family, ensuring support plans are clear, on track, and working well. It’s a fast paced, people-focussed role that brings everything together to help our teams thrive and the people we support to live great lives.
We’re looking for someone with:
· Experience leading teams in health or social services
· Great time management, communication, and collaboration skills
· Current and full NZ Driver’s License as you’ll be out and about
