About the Role:
As a Road Maintenance Operator, you'll be working on local and state highway road maintenance contracts, helping to keep Southland's roads safe, reliable, and in top condition. From routine maintenance to emergency response, your work will directly support the region's infrastructure and communities.
About You:
- You're reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoy working outdoors.
- You take pride in your work and thrive in a team environment.
- You have a clean, valid driver's licence. Class 2, 4, and 5 are an advantage.
- Experience in road maintenance or civil construction is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
