Overall, a successful car sales consultant is someone who possesses strong interpersonal skills, a passion for cars, a customer-centric approach, and a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work as part of a team!
What does this role entail?
Selling & buying of Cars
- Manage leads and follow up in CRM system
- Schedule test drives for customers
- Promote Turners as the preferred business for buying and selling cars
- Collaborate with teammates and business managers to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Stay positive under pressure
- Drive to exceed sales targets
What do we need from you?
- The ability to work weekends – this role is Thursday – Monday
- A good knowledge of cars
- Previous experience in sales
- Confidence interacting and negotiating with people
- Results focused and target driven
- Strong verbal and written command of the English language
- A full drivers’ licence
