As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence across our Salesforce platform. Acting as a key technical liaison between development teams and business stakeholders, you will bridge technical delivery with strategic business needs, helping drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements and driving the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to improve development processes and platform capabilities.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison, collaborating closely with business and technology teams, preparing and delivering clear and effective presentations to stakeholders, and ensuring technical concepts are communicated effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy code, as well as create and maintain automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks. This is where you will get to use your strong Java knowledge as we build out UI Automation.
  • Collaborate in planning ceremonies by providing technical design input and estimations, while ensuring risks and issues are proactively identified and resolved.
  • Manage Salesforce releases with clear visibility for business and technology teams
  • Assisting the team with any operational tasks as required; administer user access, profiles, roles, and permissions within the platform.
  • Continuously improve operational and business processes by leveraging Salesforce automation tools such as flows.

This opportunity combines leadership, hands-on technical development, and a strong focus on operational excellence, offering you a chance to make a significant impact across our Salesforce ecosystem.
