If you motivated, reliable, and love the satisfaction of a job done well, our Central Otago chip sealing crew want you in the team! The role includes specialist machine operation as well as general labouring activities. Develop your knowledge and skills under the guidance of our experienced crew members in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum class 1 license.
- Machine operator experience and WTR endorsements preferred but not essential.
- An eye for quality and presentation.
- A commitment to safety.
- Great communication skills.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Reliable team player.
- Physically fit as role includes a variety of activities
