About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our Digital and Data team. You will play a key role in developing and optimising Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards
- Optimise data models, DAX queries, and visualisations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to define data needs
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with privacy standards
- Translate data into actionable insights that improve organisational performance
About You
- Proven experience building complex Power BI dashboards
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong SQL querying skills
- Exposure to Azure data environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong alignment with Tamaki Health’s values and mission
- Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
