Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
The Enterprise Performance team supports and enables the delivery of the BNZ Finance strategy. As the Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the compilation of management reporting, actively assisting and driving the Enterprise Performance functions, including monthly forecast submissions, compilation of the operational plan, Board Reports, investor presentations and ad hoc project work as required.
What are the key day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Own, facilitate and manage the month end reporting and forecasting processes.
Support with initiatives, analysis and insights required to provide value to the business and finance.
Providing financial support and advice to the business to help achieve business objectives and identification of opportunities for change and efficiencies.
Responding to queries/requests from the business or other Finance teams.
Continually looking at reviewing and transforming procedures.
Provide support and actively participate towards the success of Finance related projects.

We’re looking for a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a drive for continuous improvement. You will demonstrate:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an analyst, accounting, or similar role within a business environment.
Sound understanding of financial management policies and methodologies.
Proven experience within a large corporate in relevant roles and/or industries.
Demonstrate where you have successfully built relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
