At ASB, we believe data is at the heart of better decision-making. We're looking for a strategic and passionate Senior Manager - Financial Crime Operations Data & Reporting to lead the development and delivery of advanced reporting and analytics across our Financial Control Office (FCO).
In this key leadership position, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing a data and reporting strategy that supports the business, board, and external stakeholders with timely, accurate, and meaningful insights. You'll champion data-led thinking, drive data literacy across the organisation, and ensure high-quality reporting is embedded into our business rhythm.
You'll lead a talented team of data specialists, collaborate with stakeholders across the bank, and design fit-for-purpose reporting solutions that enable smarter, faster decisions.

- Delivering timely and accurate reporting of all FCO metrics
- Partnering across the FCO landscape to ensure reporting meets strategic and operational needs
- Identifying and delivering reporting and analytics improvements and initiatives
- Championing data governance and best practice
- Leading a high-performing team with strong industry and technical expertise
- Driving adoption of new tools, technologies, and solutions to improve reporting automation and optimisation

- Extensive experience delivering enterprise-level reporting and data solutions
- A passion for data storytelling, strong leadership, and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Advanced data visualisation and modelling skills
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or related discipline
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and the courage to challenge the status quo
