Te Tūranga | The role:

Primarily, this role is accountable for the development of accurate RBNZ capital adequacy, internal capital performance reporting and broader Treasury balance sheet analytics as well as driving the implementation of new capital requirements, in accordance with relevant regulatory frameworks and policies.

The continued focus is on delivering enhancements to our existing reporting and building up a robust analytical capability to ensure reliability and accuracy of data.

Success in this role is to be seen by business partners as a "trusted advisor" providing proactive insights that support decision making.

Ngā mea kia whai angitū ahau? | What do I need to be successful?

To be considered, you must possess a high level of numeracy, accuracy and have intensive data mining (SQL) experience and expertise as well as your visualisation skills and insights presented within monthly and quarterly reporting.

A background in Financial Services or large complex organisation will set you up for success and familiarity with financial products and credit/market risk is a real advantage here.

If you are confident communicating and collaborating with others including senior managers and execs, and enjoy a fun, fast-paced work setting you will fit in well with our team.
