About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
Are you passionate about creating smart, scalable solutions that put customers at the heart of the experience? We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to help lead our transformation from a multi-channel environment to a truly connected omni-channel experience.
In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with cross-functional Product Teams and key stakeholders to design and articulate modern, fit-for-purpose solutions that align with ACC’s strategic goals. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how our customers interact with us – across digital, phone, in-person, and more – by leveraging the right technologies to streamline and enhance every touchpoint.
This is a permanent, Wellington based role.

About you | Mōu
- A strong track record in designing enterprise or customer-focused solutions
- Deep knowledge of digital platforms and customer engagement technologies
- Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams to bring together diverse points of view and deliver clear, scalable architectural outcomes
- A passion for user-centric design and a commitment to improving business performance through smart tech
- You'll have proven experience working within a channels space, delivering integrated customer centric end to end solutions
- Proficient in creating architectures that can be easily understood by key stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven experience in the delivery of complex architectures with an appreciation of the working components across architectural domains
- Sound understanding of architectural principles, practices and processes as applied in the delivery of fit for purpose enterprise solutions

The full salary for this role will sit between $138,301 and $195,248. Appointment will be made depending on skills, experience and internal relativities.
