About the Role
This is a phone-based role where you’ll be the calm, capable voice supporting our New Zealand customers. You’ll handle up to 60 calls a day (yes, really), helping clients get the most out of their Yellow, White Pages, and Thryv products. You’ll be juggling multiple systems, navigating Salesforce like a pro, and delivering top-tier service with a smile (even if it’s just over the phone).

Key Responsibilities
- Be the voice of calm and clarity: You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls like a pro, offering expert advice on Yellow, White Pages, and Thryv products while solving customer queries with empathy and efficiency.
- Have the gift of the gab: you’re warm, personable, and know how to make clients feel heard, valued, and supported. You leave them smiling, and maybe even dropping a glowing NPS score like it’s a five-star review.
- Keep it tidy: Every interaction gets logged with precision — because if it’s not in the system, did it even happen?
- Tech it out: You’ll navigate multiple systems (yes, Salesforce included) with speed and confidence. If you can juggle tabs like a caffeinated octopus, you’re in the right place.
- Team up: Work closely with Sales, Care, and the Solutions Centre to make things happen. Collaboration is your middle name.
- Protect the print, grow the SaaS: You’ll have strong retention conversations to keep our core print revenue humming, while also spotting opportunities to introduce customers to our SaaS solutions and pass the baton to our Field Sales team when it’s time to go deeper.
- Prioritise like a boss: With print book closes and deadlines always on the horizon, you’ll manage your workload like a time-management ninja.
- Know your stuff: Stay sharp on all things Yellow, White, and Thryv — because knowledge is power (and makes you sound impressive on calls).
