SERVICE DELI / SEAFOOD ASSISTANT
Your role entails assisting in the preparation of our delectable offerings such as roast chicken, cheese assortments, salads, meat slicing, platters, and fulfilling customer orders. It's imperative that you maintain well-stocked deli/seafood cases and uphold merchandising standards consistently. Additionally, you'll assist in arranging the cabinet and hot box while strictly adhering to food safety protocols. Your duties also encompass maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the deli/seafood area through daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping displays full, fresh, and visually appealing
- Interacting with customers and offering great service
- Rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality
- Lifting and moving boxes and crates
- Working in and out of the chiller
- Completing stocktakes and highlighting weekly specials
Shift 1: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday (4.00pm to 10.00pm)
Shift 2: Friday & Saturday (4.00pm to 10.00pm)
Full training will be provided.

- Flexibility to work extra hours or days when requested
- Able to do some lifting
Related supermarket experience preferred. Great customer service skills and flair with food preparation are essentials in this role.
