About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an organised and proactive Stock Manager to join our team at our Manawa Bay store. In this stock-focused role, you’ll manage all back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow and supporting your team where needed. Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently manage high-volume stock deliveries and inventory processes
• Oversee back-of-house operations to ensure seamless stock flow
• Prioritise and complete stock-related tasks within strict timeframes
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all inventory tasks
• Collaborate with the store team to support overall operations
• Engage with customers when required, delivering excellent service
• Respond positively to feedback and adapt in a dynamic retail setting
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience managing high-volume stock deliveries and inventory
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Extreme attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
