Supply Administrator opportunity at Farmlands Support office in Burnside, 80 hours per fortnight fixed term for 7 months covering parental leave. This role works with the wider Supply Planning team to ensure the supply of product into Farmlands meeting the needs of the Supply Plan. Ensuring we have the right product at the right place at the right time.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers ensuring resolution of issues and providing solutions for our Vendors
Maintain accurate data within D365 for all orders and deliveries
Monitoring auto ordering system (D365 Master Planning) to ensure inventory targets are achieved
Processing planned orders through to confirmation with the vendor
Inventory balancing with Supply Planners
Mōhou ake | About you
Commercial experience in order management and administration
Proven time management skills
Advanced Microsoft office suit skills including Excel
Working Knowledge of D365
