Supply Chain Coordinator
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Supply-Chain coordinator to join our team at our main operations and distribution site in North Shore Auckland.
To succeed in this role you will have a good understanding of operational Supply Chain functions, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work with other departments.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
1. Production Coordination: Responsible for the production process, coordinating various departments in the factory, and completing the delivery of the final product.
2. Logistics and Warehousing: Responsible for logistics and transportation arrangements and reconciliations in overseas markets, as well as local stocking and delivery in New Zealand. Ensure the smooth operation of the connection between various channels and warehouses.
3. Inventory management: Carry out quarterly inventory monitoring and early warning. Monthly inventory, preparation of incoming and outgoing goods and system data entry, product stocking, etc.
4. Supply chain management: According to sales and market needs, communicate with packaging material suppliers/material suppliers, etc., complete orders or purchases, and continuously optimize.
5 . Sales support: Cooperate with the needs of B-side and C-side sales to complete the docking of preliminary data and channels/basic operation and maintenance/daily project follow-up and other support work.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate may have:
- Process/capability understanding of Supply Chain operations and requirements
- Functional/business experience in Supply Chain / Project Coordination or Management is essential
- Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable
- Experience dealing with time demands, incomplete information, or unexpected events
- Experience in working with high-performance, business-oriented teams that have a sense of urgency, a focus on results, and a commitment to quality
- Bilingual: Mandarin and English
- Could move 20 kilograms of goods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
