He aha te mahi? What's the role?
We are looking for a Supply Coordinator to play a vital role in managing and coordinating orders between suppliers and global markets - helping deliver over 200 million trays of kiwifruit each year. As part of the Supply Operations team, this role is all about building strong relationships, solving problems with agility, and providing proactive, timely support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Based in Mount Maunganui and reporting to the Supply Operations Manager, flexibility is key - especially during peak season - so you can respond to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of this exciting role.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Order Fulfilment & Supplier Coordination: Manage product flow from suppliers to market in line with contractual obligations (e.g. Supply Agreement), adapt orders to changing market demands, and build strong relationships with post-harvest teams to resolve supply issues.
- Inventory & Systems Management: Collaborate with NZ Supply teams to ensure effective inventory control and manage order tracking and reporting through WOCA, using global inventory data.
- Stakeholder Support & Communication: Provide timely, accurate support to the Supply Operations Manager, markets, suppliers, and internal teams, maintaining clear and effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Deliver regular DIFOTIS (Delivery In Full On Time In Spec) reporting, contribute to process improvements, support fellow coordinators, and report on programme status and industry trends.

We are looking for a strong term player who has highly developed computer skills (across Word, Advanced Excel, SAP). You will also have:
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to use and coordinate multiple systems
- Experience in a commercial environment
- The ability to adapt quickly, problem solve and deal with changing & complex information
- Resilience when it comes to change and enjoy generating new ideas
- Strong communication skills and be able to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
- A business-related tertiary qualification (or relevant industry experience)
