Group Talent Acquisition Advisor
We are seeking two Talent Acquisition Advisors to join our Auckland team on a six-month fixed-term contract. These roles will support our busy and dynamic Talent Acquisition function during a peak delivery period, helping us maintain exceptional service across the business while contributing to key team initiatives.

Each day will offer new learning opportunities and variety, requiring a hands-on approach as we navigate a significant delivery phase. Overall, you can expect to:
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through screening, interview coordination, benchmarking, and managing pre-employment checks.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors to manage trans-Tasman recruitment processes.
- Contribute to projects such as graduate and intern recruitment, talent pipeline development, and social media campaigns.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and advise Hiring Managers on best practices.
The scope will reflect the enthusiasm you bring and your initiative to proactively engage with the team to achieve our goal of securing amazing talent for the business. You’ll be part of a global Beca People and Culture (P&C) team incorporating generalist business partnering, organisational development, learning and development, employment relations, remuneration and technology teams.

You’re passionate about recruitment and ready to transition from a recruitment or HR coordinator role into an advisor position. With strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, you’re digitally savvy, eager to explore new tools, and happy to share your knowledge.
