Our role is grounded in our values: Look to the Horizon, Help the Team Work, Make the Calls, and Open Hearts, Open Minds. These guide how we work, connect, and grow together.
Te Tūranga | The Role
As our next Talent Business Partner, you'll be a key player in our small, yet goal-driven Talent & Recruitment team. This is your opportunity to get closer to the business, influence senior leaders, and help shape how we attract and grow the best talent.

With a strong brand and passionate people already in place, we're ready to elevate our talent strategy - and we're looking to you to help lead that evolution.
Your role will include:
- Owning end-to-end recruitment across a wide variety of roles
- Building proactive pipelines and engaging top talent
- Guiding and coaching hiring leaders to make smart, inclusive hiring decisions
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and experiences
