We are seeking a Technical Lead Manager to be the cornerstone of our technology operations; bridging the gap between architecture, delivery, and performance.

What You'll Do
- Lead with Impact: Guide cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges, ensuring seamless collaboration between architects, project managers, and operations.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Oversee system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement high-quality technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Champion Innovation: Promote continuous improvement initiatives and leverage data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design & Deliver: Contribute to architectural design and ensure robust implementation of scalable, future-ready solutions.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners, aligning technology with strategic priorities.

- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in technical operations
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT frameworks
- Strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, financial acumen
- Change management, adaptability, and analytical decision-making
- Strong technical knowledge in systems and infrastructure
