About the role
Location: Auckland, some project-based travel may be required to other workshop or training facilities across New Zealand
Type: Full-time permanent
Pay rate: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour
Minimum guaranteed hours: At least 40 hours weekly

Life on the tools
The role will require you to compete tasks including but not limited to
  • Repair & maintenance, mechanical diagnostics and service of vehicles & equipment
  • Work on all aspects of repairs & maintenance, including engine re-builds & servicing
  • Committed to health & safety promoting and fostering a safe work environment
About you
  • You will have a relevant Level 4 qualification or have at least 3 years proven experience working as a Heavy Vehicle Technician
  • You take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right. Our quality standards and Scania values mean everything to us, they will mean everything to you, too
  • You will thrive on ensuring customer satisfaction through your work and how you support your team – happy customers means happy you
  • You will have a current NZ Driver’s License
  • A forklift licence would be highly desirable
