Objective
To manage end-to-end operations of Anika Logistics Limited
Key Duties
- Plan, organise, and oversee daily transport operations and delivery schedules.
- Manage drivers, including recruitment, training, rostering, payroll, and performance.
- Liaise with clients to confirm freight requirements and handle service queries or complaints.
- Receive and process transport bookings and ensure timely movement of goods.
- Monitor the handling, storage, and transport of goods to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with transport legislation, occupational health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor costs and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
