Advertised on behalf of Te Puawaitanga ki Ōtautahi Trust

Part Time
Ōtautahi / Christchurch

Ko Mātou: About us
Te Puawaitanga ki Ōtautahi Tust is a vibrant kaupapa Māori, whānau-centred organisation dedicated to whānau ora - empowering whānau across Waitaha Canterbury to live well and thrive. Founded in 2005 by Dame Aroha Reriti-Crofts and the Ōtautahi Branch of the Māori Women's Welfare League, our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of wāhine Māori and their whānau.

From pēpi to kaumātua, our support spans the entire life journey - offering wraparound health, education, and social services guided by tikanga and mātauranga Māori. Our support includes assisting hapū māmā and whānau in early parenting, addressing chronic diseases, mental health challenges, and helping whānau achieve their cultural and spiritual aspirations. Our kaupapa Māori framework and whānau ora approach are deeply rooted in tikanga and mātauranga Māori, with the well-being of tamariki at the heart of everything we do.
