About the Role
We have a great opportunity for an agile and pioneering Village Manager to lead our award-winning Princess Alexandra Retirement Village in Ahuriri, Napier!
In this pivotal role, you'll lead the operations of our integrated village. Encompassing independent living, serviced apartments, and residential care, ensuring exceptional, compassionate care for every resident. You'll be supported by a dedicated senior management team and have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills through our renowned Ryman Leaders development programme.

With a strong background in staff management and proven leadership, you naturally build meaningful relationships through your positivity, approachability, and genuine people-first mindset. You're experienced in leading and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
