We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Present menus and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and beverages.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
Relay orders to kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional manner.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Present bills, process payments, and provide change or receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple tables efficiently.
Must have some alcohol serving knowledge.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requIrements.
