Workplace Support - L2 - Kaitautoko Wāhi Mahi 

Are you a practical person who enjoys being hands-on and assisting others with a variety of IT and Facilities Management solutions?

Mō te tūnga | About the role

A full-time on-site role in Christchurch until 28 November 2025. You will be an integral member of a small team responsible for supporting our IT users, devices and facilities to run smoothly and safely. Use your expertise in problem solving to improve customer experience by enabling our people to gain maximum benefit from Inland Revenue’s workplace devices, applications, and facilities. 

Our team is responsible for IT equipment, user support, mail, staff/contractor access, vehicle fleet, building maintenance including air conditioning, cleaning and site security.

Workplace Services focuses on the day-to-day performance, management & monitoring of 3rd party Workplace Service Providers. Along with looking at ways of improving our process and performance.

Te Tari Taake ‘Inland Revenue’ plays a critical role in improving the economic and social wellbeing of Aotearoa ‘New Zealand’. We do this by collecting and distributing money - we collect 80% of the Crown’s revenue and distribute social support payments.
