Academic Registry is looking for an Administrator to join our busy and collaborative team.
You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support, efficiently processing complex learner enrolment applications, providing assessment extension support, with a high standard of customer service support to learners and staff. You will maintain and update data information systems accurately, demonstrating sound judgement, interpreting and implementing policy to ensure effective delivery of services. This is a fixed term role for 12 months.

You will have
- A variety of administrative experience and the ability to manage a range of tasks, working to tight deadlines and timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy
- A high level of judgement, flexibility, problem solving, self-motivation and responsiveness
- Experience interpreting and applying regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Practical experience and skills using student management systems, database management and Microsoft Office products.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, providing assistance when needed
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus
