We are currently seeking a Maintenance Shutdown Administrator to support a fast-paced industrial shutdown project based in Kawerau. This is a short-term role ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and the ability to hit the ground running in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily coordination and collation of timesheets
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Job invoicing and documentation collation
- Purchase Order (PO) creation and management
- Liaising with site supervisors and contractors
- Supporting shutdown logistics and reporting tasks
Position Details:
- Location: Kawerau
- Type: Short-term contract
- Start: Immediate availability preferred
- Hours: Full-time during shutdown period

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in fast-paced administration roles, preferably in an industrial or maintenance environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Greentree ERP system highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities during high-pressure periods
