You’ll be involved in our daily operations, have the chance to share your creative recipe ideas, and help us ensure that every product is made to perfection.
Key Attributes
- Collaborate effectively with a team using a cooperative approach
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking practices
- Baking skills, i.e. kneading, bread, fillings, glazing and pastry
- Ability to use Bakery machines, i.e. Ovens, mould dough and cut biscuits
- Imaginative and innovative
- Quality control
- Sound knowledge and passion for Bakery - Qualified preferred
- Great attitude towards Health and Food Safety and general hygiene
Position
We are hiring a full-time employee who must be available for at least one weekend shift and be flexible with hours. Priority will be given to applicants with an NZQF Level 4 qualification in Baking. However, candidates with at least two years of relevant experience may also be considered in place of the formal qualification. Remuneration will be discussed during the interview.
